As with all of my packages, hiring me as an OBM will start with a discovery call to assess your needs. Our first OBM session will usually be a 90 min. planning call and we'll dig deep into creating the full scope of work that best fits your needs.
Because it usually takes about 90 days for an online business manager to get up to speed, there is a 3-month commitment on the front-end. We need to get inside the business, see the back-end to fully understand the business model, what the team is doing, who is responsible for what, the income-generating activities, and most importantly the client: how he or she works. This gives us a chance to figure out what needs to be tackled first and to see what the client likes to do, doesn’t like to do, and where the best use of their time really is.
